BBC began a new ministry last year to Spring Hill Elementary School located in our neighborhood. Several volunteers held a weekly Bible club after school called  "The Hill Club" .  This community outreach program included snacks, games, crafts, music, and a Bible lesson for the children each week.

We are also involved in ministry at Yoakley School, an alternative school for troubled teens. Involvement includes weekly visits to classrooms for reading times, crafts, and building relationships.

BBC works closely with the Knoxville Compassion Coalition in various capacities, most notably the Furniture Ministry. Members make themselves available to assist in the delivery of used furniture to the needy in our city.

We also participate in Operation Back Yard, a city-wide coalition of church youth groups uniting for the purpose of ministering to the minor housing repair needs of low income families in our community. 

BBC takes part in Operation In As Much, an interdenominational event held twice each year to mobilize believers to minister to the human hurts and hopes of their community.
